REGISTRATION

ERFCON has moved to online submissions. Abstracts should be submitted via the Comet system. Registrations are now closed.

Registration is possible for ERFCON only, for ERFCON and one or more additional events (workshops, pre- and post-conferences), or for additional events only. If you register for ERFCON, all additional events are free of charge. If you wish to participate only in additional events, there is a separate fee for each of them. Registration to attend ERFCON and additional events is done through the Comet registration system. All fees should be settled by May 5, 2017.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: CREATE CONFERENCE PROFILE
You will need to create a conference profile from which you can enter the registration system. Register here and you will receive an e-mail with login information.

Step 2: SUBMIT ABSTRACT OR SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL
After the registration you can submit an abstract or symposium proposal.

2A: SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT

  1. If you wish to submit an abstract, click 'Submit new abstract'. You will be asked to enter the title, choose submission type (oral presentation, poster presentation, symposium presentation), and select topic and subtopic. If you wish to apply for oral presentation or poster presentation, after you have entered this information, proceed with submission by clicking 'Continue with submission’. If you are a participant in the symposium and you wish to submit an individual abstract for the symposium, you should also submit a code provided to you by the symposium organizers. After that, you can proceed with submission by clicking 'Continue with submission’.
  2. In the following page you should enter the information about co-authors (if there are any) by filling out the obligatory fields such as the name and the institution of the co-author (obligatory fields are marked by an asterisk sign *). After entering the information, click on ‘Save and add co-author’). Click on ‘Continue to abstract’.
  3. In the next page, the body of your abstract should be submitted. Minimal abstract size is 1000 characters and maximum is 2500 characters (with spaces). Keywords should be added (up to five keywords, separated by a comma and space). Click ‘Next’. If you have entered all the information according to these instructions, you should be informed that your abstract has been submitted. This can also be verified by clicking on ‘ALL SUBMISSIONS’.

All relevant information about your submission will be delivered through the system. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for each step of the way (e.g. for abstract submission, acceptance, etc.).

2B: SUBMITTING A SYMPOSIUM PROPOSAL (FOR SYMPOSIUM ORGANIZERS)

  1. If you wish to submit a symposium proposal, click ‘Submit new symposium proposal’. You will be asked to enter the title, and select topic and subtopic.
    In the next page, the body of your abstract should be submitted. Minimal abstract size is 1000 characters and maximum is 2500 characters (with spaces). Keywords should be added (up to five keywords, separated by a comma and space). Click ‘Next’. If you have entered all the information according to these instructions, you should be informed that your abstract has been submitted. An e-mail will be sent to you containing the symposium code. You should forward this code to the participants you wish to include in the symposium.

All relevant information about your submission will be delivered through the system. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for each step of the way (e.g. for abstract submission, acceptance, etc.).

Step 3: SELECT THE FEE & ADDITONAL EVENTS (OPTIONAL)
Event selection and fee management is available through our online system only. In the system select the option FEE/REGISTRATION from the menu on the left. Choose the events you wish to attend and proceed to online payment. If you are entitled to a reduced fee, please submit the relevant information through the system.

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the fee will be returned up until 5th of May 2017. No amount whatsoever will be returned from this date onwards, while the right to the documentation for the congress will be maintained. ERFCON 2017 REGULAR - MEMBERS OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS & PARTNER INSTITUTIONS

The reduced price-regular conference fee is available to members of professional associations and partner institutions:

Department of Kinesiology, Recreation and Sports, Indiana State University

Additional documentation should be uploaded during the registration process through the online system to obtain the reduced fee application (e.g. membership confirmation, student identification card, link to a personal institutional website). Once having received decision regarding their request, participants will have 30 days to pay the fee. Failing to pay the fee in due time, the reduced fee status will be cancelled.

ERFCON 2017 REGULAR - STUDENTS

The reduced price-regular conference fee is available to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.
Additional documentation should be uploaded via the Comet system to obtain the reduced fee application (e.g. membership card, student identification card). Once having received decision regarding their request, participants will have 30 days to pay the fee. Failing to pay the fee in due time, the reduced fee status will be cancelled.

ERFCON 2017 ONE DAY

A one-day fee includes submission and presentation of papers on the selected date, the Book of Abstracts and other conference material, access to all conference sessions on the selected date and refreshments.

ERFCON 2017 ADDITIONAL EVENTS (PRECONFERENCE & POSTCONFERENCE)

Registration for additional conference events (pre- and post-ERFCON 2017) reduces the price of the ERFCON 2017 conference fee for the amount paid for additional events. A full list of additional conference events will be available by the end of January 2017.

ERFCON 2017 ADDITIONAL FEES

When accepted, you may upload your poster via the Comet system, and we will print it for you and deliver it to the conference venue.

ERFCON 2017 ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

A 20% discount of the regular fee is available to symposium organizers. This is applicable for ERFCON 2017 REGULAR, ERFCON 2017 REGULAR - MEMBERS OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS & PARTNER INSTITUTIONS and ERFCON 2017 REGULAR - STUDENTS.
